Todd Howard confirmed that Fallout 5, as well as Elder Scrolls VI and Starfield, will be focused on single player unlike Fallout 76. He also expanded on improved features in Fallout 76 compared to Fallout 4.

They're not exploring Fallout 4 on Switch right now though.
