Yesterday evening I shot a railgun bolt through three players at once in Quake Champions instagib and I can't begin to tell you how satisfying it was - especially when Quake's iconic announcer said how impressive I was for doing it.
Through Quake Champions, you see, the frenetic multiplayer delights of Quake have gloriously returned, albeit slightly buried in cosmetic loot boxes and character hero powers, which maybe will make more sense to me over time.
Anyway. I've been playing Quake Champions during the free access period over E3, and I've been having a lot of fun. It's with a happy heart, then, I tell you the free access period has been extended! It'll now run until 25th June.

While we didn’t see many Nintendo 3DS activities at E3 2018 last week, Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aimé had a few words to share on its continued support, and a Mario Kart Tour update.

We're super hyped for the Insomniac Games-developed Spider-Man title scheduled to launch this September. New E3 demo footage and screens within.

Nioh 2 got a quick reveal teaser in the Sony E3 2018 press conference. A really quick teaser. I'm sure it'll pop up online shortly, but as of yet nothing, and my bed beckons. I'm sure we'll have an update in the near future, but until then the take away is simply that Nioh is getting a sequel, yay!

A third-person action game with physics manipulation, possibly also some time manipulation, was shown off at the E3 2018 Sony press conference. A new title called Control from Remedy. It looks a bit Quantum Break to us, which makes sense with Remedy. You can check out the reveal trailer below:
