Obsidian recently released Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire on PC to high praise. The game is comprised of an island chain with a huge city, volcanoes, pirates and desolate sandbars. Playing in a isometric view like a traditional dungeon-crawling RPG, players will also have access to ships to help get around Deadfires open world. A lot of community feedback went into Pillars of Eternity II and Hardcore Gamer recently sat down with Adam Brennecke, Executive Producer and Lead Programmer, to talk about what helped make the new game succeed.

Over the next month, you can get your hands on 21 free games, courtesy of Amazon and Twitch. To celebrate Amazon Prime Day 2018, the commercial giant is offering the games through the streaming service, and anyone who has an Amazon Prime account can benefit.
Amazon has already given plenty of games away for free through the Twitch platform, as part of a monthly giveaway. So far, Prime members have had access to games like Gone Home, Superhot, and Tales from the Borderlands. This month, however, you’ll get access to a new game every single day.

The highlights of that list include Pillars of Eternity: Definitive Edition, which is available until tomorrow. There’s also Obsidian’s maniacal Pillars-like Tyranny, which you can grab later this month. Other notable titles include Tacoma, Observer, and Battle Chef Brigade - all of those released relatively recently, and were well-received. It’ll be worth checking back every day from now until July 18 to get the most out of the games on offer. To do that, you’ll need to head to Twitch, and, if you’ve got a Prime Account linked to your account, click on the crown in the top right corner to get access to your games.
