Bloodstained's Story Trailer Shows Demonic Destruction Taking Place

Added: 03.07.2018 19:39 | 1227 views | 0 comments

It is not like Koji Igarashi, made famous for heading Castlevania during its exploratory Metroid-like days, has not been hiding Bloodstained's lineage and Castlevania influence. Igarashi is going to do what he does best. That comes across in the new story trailer for the game, which pits main character Miriam against the hordes of demons of the night.
Check out the story trailer below.
Miriam is played by Erica Lindberg, who is probably best known as Futaba from Persona 5. Zangetsu, who was the main character in prequel game Curse of the Moon, is voiced by David Hayter of Solid Snake fame. Ray Chase voices Gebel, who you would probably know as Final Fantasy XV's Noctis.
In addition, the backer demo for Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night released today, so if you backed at a high enough tier for that code, you can give the E3 demo a try. , but was held back due to some bug fixes.

Auvid Tuner UWP - trimming media files

Added: 03.07.2018 19:05 | 1063 views | 0 comments

I suspect the use case for trimming audio and video files is somewhat niche, but still Auvid Tuner UWP might be a useful tool to keep up your sleeve. Perhaps making ringtones, video lopps/clips, and - yes - editing music track ID3 data (at least, if you pay the IAP). Screenshots and details below.

PES 2018 fans take it upon themselves to add unofficial World Cup mode

Added: 03.07.2018 18:37 | 1183 views | 0 comments

PES 2018 doesn't have a World Cup update - EA has FIFA's signature on that official licence. But it does have a small group of dedicated fans who have put the time into creating an unofficial World Cup update for the game.
Konami's football game is famous for its option files - edits that add official player names and kits, among other things, to the game. Back in the day, I'd spend hours manually editing player and team names in PES to make them real life accurate. These days - in fact for some time now - PES players have been able to download and install community-created option files that do all the work for them.
There are a handful of pretty decent World Cup option files for PES out there. The . For PC players, the is a great choice. It adds a new World Cup-themed menu for the game, new logos and font design, new updated kits for national teams, correct lineups and formations and even new tattoos. Check it out in the video below. It's pretty impressive work!

As usual, we've got deals that'll work in the UK, deals that'll work in the US and some deals that will work in both the UK and US, as well as presumably many other places. Let's get started.

Fallout 76 griefers can’t kill you until you reach level 5

Added: 03.07.2018 13:50 | 1043 views | 0 comments

Update, July 3: Another restriction on Fallout 76 griefers has been revealed - a protection for low-level players.
You won’t have to worry about getting griefed when you’re making your exploratory steps in Fallout 76, because you’re safe from other players up until level five. That’s one of many precautions against griefing Todd Howard mentions in a new interview.
The rule against killing low level players may change, Howard says, but Bethesda’s aware that everyone’s worried about aggressive players ruining the experience for everyone. With those precautions in place, the team wants to allow players the freedom to either engage in PvP or avoid fights if that’s their preference.
Perhaps Fallout 76 will make it into our list of the on PC.
There’s little detail on how the level restriction works beyond that, and we are working through the oddities of Google Translate - the original interview comes through Italian outlet , as brought to attention on . Even with the limitations of machine translation in mind, the gist of the answer is clear enough. Fallout 76
As mentioned in  on the making of Fallout 76, aggressive players will be given a wanted level. Another griefing protection is that the game's PvP system is more like a challenge system than an all-out brawl.
According to a tweet from Bethesda's senior vice president Pete Hines, "PvP is kinda like issuing a challenge [sic] to someone." You can check that tweet out below:

Get fruity with All-Star Fruit Racing

Added: 02.07.2018 19:43 | 1164 views | 0 comments

Launching on July 13, All-Star Fruit Racing will race on to Xbox One and PlayStation 4. While the name may sound a bit silly – childlike even – the game looks like it will be a ton of fun, just check out the trailer below. Including split-screen for up to four players, the karting racer is set within lush vibrant environments that could have been plucked straight from Wreck-It Ralph's Sugar Rush world. As you progress through the career mode, which is set across the four seasons of the year and in ‘Special Islands', the action unfolds over 21 tracks. As you progress, kart parts are unlocked so you can really pimp up your fruity vehicles with over 32,000 possible kart combinations. And no kart racer would be complete without the obligator weapons arsenal. Once powered up, the juicer can unleash a wave of fruit-based attacks to cripple your foes with individual shots as you gain juice or with an almighty attack once it is full to bursting. With Dragster races, Hill Climbs, Elimination races, Time Attacks and modifier modes, there seems to be plenty of juicy content in All-Star Fruit Racing.
