I want to buy this game, but i do not want to fall in the typical keybinding issues trap. I am lefthanded and i use inverted Y look. I use the arrow keys for movement and use the insert,home,page up, page down end and delete for keybindings as use and weapon selection. Right CTRL for Jump and numpad 0 for crouching. numpad 1 for reload. I exchanged the mouse buttons in hardware, the pc reads is a right handed mouse while in practice the LMB and RMB are exchanged, so that is not be an issue....
